Vacancy: Senior Rayon Manager  Area: Groningen, Friesland en Drenthe. Jobdescription: You will be responsible for major accounts, e.g. hospitals, in the assigned area. Responsibility for all salesadministration, customer support, sales promotion and logistics coordination. You will have defined sales targets to achieve and operate under the supervision of the Commercial Manager Benelux. Major responsibilities: Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets for major accounts, within the allocated budget. Solicit, build and maintain favorable contacts/relationships with current and potential high revenue prime accounts, both contracted and non-contracted. Generate yearly account plan. Involvement in forecasting and budgetprocess relevant to specific accounts. Management of elements of the marketing budget for effective accountpromotion. Establishment and maintenance of professional communication with the KCH departments. Maintenance of awareness of changes and development in healthcare practices and processes.   Position Qualifications: - At least 4 years experience in the Dutch sales environment, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. - Determined with a "can-do" attitude. - Ability to cope with high work pressure resulting from dealing with complex accounts. - Professional and effective negotiation skills. - Good sense of humor. - Capable of working independently yes as a part of the team. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability, willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
